Former Lotte coach Choi Ki-moon becomes head coach of independent baseball team Paju Challengers
Choi Ki-moon (50), former battery coach of the Lotte Giants, takes the helm of the independent baseball team Paju Challengers. Paju Challengers announced on the 26th, “We have appointed Coach Ki-moon Choi as the new head coach to lead the team in 2024.” Coach Choi, who debuted in the KBO League in 1996, played for the OB Bears and Lotte Giants until 2010. After his retirement, he served as a battery coach for Lotte and NC Dinos. Last year, he served as the Paju Challengers battery coach.
